Forget the mud, cuts and bruises, Rugby 7’s is played on a 30ft x 75ft inflatable pitch. This non-contact game can be played by all ages, sizes and sexes in safety. Each player has their feet bound so they can only hop along their specified lanes.
A referee is provided for every event.
